Issue Addressed
Unable to use the RTS auto update tool to update RTS.exe
Causes of Issue
When logging into the Auto Update tool in RTS to update the exe, we receive a general error.
Solution to this Issue
We are currently aware of the situation, and ask for the time being that you manually download the updates by visiting our website, http://support.enoserv.com/ , and using the same username and password to log in and select the downloads that you are in need of.
