Issue Addressed
When attempting to communicate with an Omicron test set using RTS, an error message is received: "Omicron error 842." The user may be able to communicate using Test Universe.

The user may not have the license for the Omicron CMEngine component on his/her machine. This can be verified by looking at either the commout.txt file or the CMClog.log file. If the license is not present, there will be lines like these:
AL (000.000.000.000(this will be the test set IP address), AL-ID=1): L1: No key found for: [JG673S,CMC256] CMENG.200
AL (internal, AL-ID=1): L1: CDeviceManager::ReportEngineError: (ENG041) No valid license number available

Solution to this Issue
The user will need to purchase the CMEngine license from Omicron.
