Issue Addressed
The Auto Update utility found in the RTS main screen does not appear when a user has a Windows 7 OS.
Update is normally found between Utilities and New Users.
 
Causes of Issue
This issue stems from the install itself. Windows 7 security does not allow us to install specific files needed to enable this feature.
 
Solution to this Issue
Go to C:Program FilesEnoservRTS 5.x
Verify user has RTSUpdate.exe
If this file exists, then create a FOLDER called UPDATE
Then move the exe (RTSUPDATE.exe) into the UPDATE folder that was just created.
Restart RTS, and the AutoUpdate utility should display as normal.
