The Auto Update utility found in the RTS main screen does not appear when a user has a Windows 7 OS. Update is normally found between Utilities and New Users. | |||||
Causes of Issue | |||||
This issue stems from the install itself. Windows 7 security does not allow us to install specific files needed to enable this feature. | |||||
Solution to this Issue | |||||
Go to C:Program FilesEnoservRTS 5.x Verify user has RTSUpdate.exe If this file exists, then create a FOLDER called UPDATE Then move the exe (RTSUPDATE.exe) into the UPDATE folder that was just created. Restart RTS, and the AutoUpdate utility should display as normal. If issue is not resolved, called Support at 918-622-4530 x 2. |
