| USB dongle key was working properly. When stepping away from the computer for a short time, the key no longer recognized by RTS. | |||||
| Causes of Issue | |||||
| If computer is set to go into hibernate mode or shuts down for any reason the dongle will no longer be recognized by RTS. | |||||
| Solution to this Issue | |||||
| Remove dongle key, close RTS, reinsert key and open RTS again and key should function normally. Long-term solution would be to disable hibernate feature. | |||||
