| Client may be accessing RTS via a desktop shortcut that has no valid security database available to it. | |||||
| Solution to this Issue | |||||
| Try opening RTS through the Start/All Programs/ENOSERV/RTS/RTS path. If it opens properly, delete existing desktop shortcut and create new shortcut. | |||||
