| Attempting to create a new RTS database in Backup/Merge. After typing name of the new mdr, "unable to find empty RTS database.mdr file in program directory" error appears. | |||||
| Causes of Issue | |||||
| EmptyRTSDataBase.mdr is a template file that should exist in the RTS directory is either missing, has been renamed or has been marked as read-only. | |||||
| Solution to this Issue | |||||
| Ensure that file is present in the RTS directory and right click file and check properties to ensure read-only checkbox at the bottom of the "general" tab is unchecked. | |||||
