| Two possible causes have been linked to this issue. 1) The file ROBOHELP.dll should be located in either the PowerBase, or win32 directory. 2) Some specific versions of PowerBase have had this problem. | |||||

| Verify the existance of the ROBOHELP.dll file and update to the latest version of PowerBase. | |||||
