| After installing RTS on my new computer user gets promted for a username and password. | |||||

| Security is enabled by default and the default username and password are needed to access RTS. | |||||
| Solution to this Issue | |||||
| The default username and password are Username: RTS Password: RTS. | |||||

| Go to the 'Utilities' menu and select Security->Administration and either reset the username/password or uncheck the 'Security Enabled' checkbox to disable security all together. | |||||
