Issue Addressed
A couple of users have experienced this error while testing Schweitzer relays.
 
Causes of Issue
We are currently uncertain what the cause of this error is, but we have noted that it occured when a person's machine has begun talking to the relay and experienced a problem; the relay was hanging, waiting for further commands. We believe this may possibly have been part of the problem.
 
Solution to this Issue
Close the routine, re-open and see if this corrects the problem; for some users it has, for others it has not.
