When pressing the "Print Relay Settings" button on a the relay form view window, the settings window, or the Crystal Reports Generator window, the following message is generated:
"There was a problem executing the Crystal Reports engine. Click YES to retry report database verification, NO to Abort"
Other Access violations and Access errors may also be generated. The printing relay window may show and will not close. |

| This is an issue with the latest service packs for Crystal Reports Runtime XI. |

| Solution to this Issue |
|---|
This issue can be resolved by reverting back to the older version of Crystal Reports Runtime until the issue is fixed. Please contact Enoserv Support for more information on reverting back to the previus version of Crystal Reports.
If this is not an option, there is a work around. A report can be printed by selecting the "Print Preview Relay Settings" button then printing from the Preview Window. |
