Issue Addressed
At current, there are two versions of RTS AutoUpdate in circulation. These different versions use different login information.
 
Causes of Issue
We have changed the RTS AutoUpdate program to use the login information supplied by our users when they register for the support site at http://support.enoserv.com. The older, generic logins are being phased out and will no longer be supported.
 
Solution to this Issue
The change is in effect in version 4.3.3.0 of RTS AutoUpdate. This version is included in the latest RTSExe's package. After this update, users will use their login information they provided when registering for support.
