| When clicking on a specific relay in PowerBase using Oracle, user gets the message "Not enough storage is available to complete this operation". | |||||
| Causes of Issue | |||||
| If the settings table for the relay type contains a large number of fields, this error can occur. Field size, as well as number of fields are factors in deciding if the table contains a "Large Number of Fields". | |||||
| Solution to this Issue | |||||
| This problem can sometimes be resolved by updating to a later version of Oracle, as it seems later versions can support larger tables. If updating is not an option, or if the update does not resolve the issue and the settings table is a "horizontal" or regular table, converting the settings table to a vertical table can help resolve the issue. Please contact PowerBase support for instructions on converting a regular table to a vertical one. | |||||
