This problem could be caused by several items. To begin troubleshooting:
1. Your key must be enabled with the optional Modbus driver. If it is not, Sales can provide you with a quote to upgrade your USB key remotely. Contact ENOSERV Sales at [email protected] or 918-622-4530, option 1.
2. Make sure you are using RTS version 4.3.4.30 or higher. This information can be found in the Help/About feature in RTS. If not, go to www.enoserv.com, log-in using your ID and password and download the latest pre-release version.
3. Make sure that you are talking to the relay using a null modem cable.
4. Make sure that you are utilizing Port 2 on the back of the relay.
5. Make sure that the relay is programmed on Port 2 for Modbus, as this is not the default.
6. Make sure the Beckwith software is not talking to the front port.
7. Make sure that you are not reading info with the front display on the relay.
More likely than not your problem will probably be found within these steps. If not, contact ENOSERV Support at [email protected] or 918-622-4530, option 2 for additional guidance. |
