| When trying to view RTS results in PowerBase by clicking the Calculator Icon on the relay nameplate form or in the settings window, the user recieves an "Error launching RTS Print Manager" error. |

| Causes of Issue |

This issue can usually be traced to two causes.
1) The RTS Print manager is not installed on the machine.
2) The RTS Print manager is not registered on the machine.
The RTS Print manager (RTSPrint.exe) is not installed with PowerBase. It is a component of the RTS program. |

| Solution to this Issue |
|---|
If the RTS Print manager is not installed on the machine, it can be added by either installing RTS, or installing the RTS View program. The RTS View program is available for download, and is a light version of RTS, specifically for viewing RTS test results. No hardware key is required for running RTS View.
If the RTS Print manager is installed, it may not be registered. Since it is a COM object, it first must be registered with Windows before it can be used. To register the RTS Print Manager, simply run the RTSPrint.exe, and close it. |
