Invalid response from Beckwith Relay.

Causes of Issue
---
Many times after trouble shooting connections for the Beckwith, we still are left without an answer as to why we may not be communicating with the relay. In recent months we have seen a growing trend of this.

Solution to this Issue
---
If your relay can communicate via Ethernet, and you have tried following all our connection notes on the Beckwith routines and an invalid response is retrieved from relay, we advise you to set up communication with the BECOWARE software. In the BECOWARE make sure your Ethernet is fully disabled and try following our connection notes again.
We have seen that when the Ethernet is fully enabled we run into more communication problems in assumption that Ethernet has priority over RS232.
