| Solution to this Issue |
|---|
1) Install the provider from the ODAC of the same version. (You only need the OLEDB provider, all other ODAC installation options are optional)
-or-
2) Run the command regsvr32 on the file oraoledb11.dll manually. (You will need to run the command prompt as an Administrator on Windows 7 or this will not register properly)
