Issue Addressed
When updating RTS (Latest Release or Latest Pre-Release), when connecting to the update ENOSERV support site to begin downloading the update file, an HTTP request error is thrown.
 
Causes of Issue
With recent changes to security regulations and the necessity to protect confidential information, ENOSERV (Doble Tulsa) made a security change to our website to always force the use of an HTTPS secured connection. In addition to this change, the RTS Auto Update process has been disabled.
 
Solution to this Issue
Until the RTS Auto Update process can be secured, RTS updates must be done manually by downloading any update files through the ENOSERV Support site (https://www.enoserv.com/support).
