When updating RTS (Latest Release or Latest Pre-Release), when connecting to the update ENOSERV support site to begin downloading the update file, an HTTP request error is thrown. | |||||
Causes of Issue | |||||
With recent changes to security regulations and the necessity to protect confidential information, ENOSERV (Doble Tulsa) made a security change to our website to always force the use of an HTTPS secured connection. In addition to this change, the RTS Auto Update process has been disabled. | |||||
Solution to this Issue | |||||
Until the RTS Auto Update process can be secured, RTS updates must be done manually by downloading any update files through the ENOSERV Support site (https://www.enoserv.com/support). |
